RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

All orders and deliveries will be checked before leaving the factory and when the delivery is being made. We ask that you check your order when your delivery arrives and should there be a problem or mistake, to notify the delivery driver / business as soon as possible.

We endeavour to work with the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene. In the unfortunately event that a foreign object is found in one of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll be sure to refund your purchase.

If for any other reason, especially if the delivery driver has left and the product has come into your possession, we unfortunately cannot accept a return or process a refund.
