How to transport your gelato
Our gelato tubs will last approximately 30 minutes and our gelato cakes / handheld treats will last approximately 15-20 minutes at room temperature - depending on the day, of course!
If you are travelling further than this, we highly suggest that you either:
1. Bring along a pre-cooled prepared esky and/or cooler bag.
2. Purchase one of our KS cooler bags.
STORING & SERVING
· Store all of our gelato products (tubs, cakes, treats) in the freezer at or below -18*C
· For gelato tubs, remove from the freezer 15 minutes before you intend to serve/consume.
· For cakes, remove from the freezer 10 minutes before you intend to serve/consume.
· For treats, remove from the freezer 5 minutes before you intend to serve/consume.
